ZX Nova SiteDesk is a business management app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
• Business data you enter: projects, tasks, daily reports, clients, team members, invoices, payments, expenses and similar records. This data belongs to your business.
• Attendance photos and location: only when a staff member marks attendance, the app takes a photo with the camera and reads the device location at that moment. They are stored privately and shown only to that person and the managers of their workspace.
• Payments: subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment reference and status, never your card or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and login history, used for security (for example to block repeated failed logins).

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to run your workspace, send the emails you or your team turn on, process subscription payments, keep the service secure and give support. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

Where it is kept

Each business has its own separate database on our servers. Other businesses cannot see your data. Data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Your choices

Workspace administrators can export all data to Excel at any time from Backup, and can delete records or empty the workspace. To delete your account and all of your workspace data permanently, write to the support email shown in the app. We delete it within 30 days.
