Free trial and plans

New workspaces get a free trial of 14 days with all features. After the trial, a paid monthly or yearly plan is needed to keep using the workspace. Paying adds time after your current period ends. Plan prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future periods, never for a period you have already paid for.

Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. You are responsible for what you and your team enter and for keeping logins private. If a plan ends, your data is kept for at least 90 days so you can renew or export it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, do not try to access other workspaces, and do not overload or attack the service. We may suspend workspaces that break these rules.

Refunds

Because the trial lets you test everything first, payments are generally not refundable. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will sort it out.

Service

We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
